Hurricane Francine anticipated landfall mid-day Wednesday as Category 2. We may start experiencing rain and some wind effects late Tuesday.

To allow WWD3 personnel to make final preparations, the office will close at noon Tuesday, and all-day Wednesday. Evaluation of the conditions after the storm will determine whether the office will open on Thursday.
